If you do not know your user name or password, please follow the format below.

User Name: last name followed by first name (no spaces)
Password: first three letters of your last name followed by the last 4 digits of your social security number (no spaces)
Note: For international students, your password will be the first three letters of your last name followed by the last four digits of your student ID #.

Example:
John Smith with SS# 123-45-6789 would be...

User Name: smithjohn
Password: smi6789
